British Charcuterie at its very best - expertly crafted using only the highest quality meat
The word charcuterie comes from France and refers to the creation of meats such as salami and ham that are traditionally cured and served cold on a charcuterie board paired with cheese or other nibbles.
Smoked Paprika Salami Slices made using outdoor-reared Suffolk pork from Dingley Dell farm. The pork is mixed with delicious spices to give it a smoky, chorizo like flavour, and with 62% less fat than the average salami product.
Our Lean Salami comes from Dingley Dell farm, a family run farm in Suffolk. The pigs are born, reared and grown outside all year round. They live as pigs should – socialising and showing their curious personalities through foraging and rooting in the ground.
As well as high welfare practices Dingley Dell is dedicated to encourage wildlife to grow on the farm. Brothers Mark and Paul started the Million Bees project on their farm a few years back, which aims to provide nectar to 1 million bees at any one time.
Cracked Black Pepper Steak Slices made using 100% organic and grass-fed British beef and expertly seasoned with black pepper and coriander.
Sourced from farms that rebuild soil health and encourage wildlife with 57% less fat than the average salami product.
We’re working with Farm Wilder farms to source only the best quality, most sustainable beef for our new Steak Slices. All the beef is farmed on regenerative, grass-fed farms with 100% organic beef.
Farm Wilder works with farms that are serious about rebuilding soil health and encouraging wildlife. One of those farmers is Jonny Rider whose farm is home to hundreds of species including rare butterflies.
Wild British Venison Slices made from wild British deer, helping us to protect British woodland wildlife, and a mix of herbs and spices for a deliciously rich flavour. This is meat the way it’s meant to be and with 56% less fat than the average salami product.
If you're not 100% happy with our charcuterie we'll offer you a full refund.
