  1. Taste Guarantee - if you're not 100% happy with our charcuterie we'll offer you a full refund (excluding shipping fee). No return required.
  2. To request for a refund, please send us an email at hello@embersnacks.com with subject line: Refund Request [Order # xxxx]
  3. Money back guarantee is only applicable on your first charcuterie order purchased directly from https://embersnacks.com/.
  4. Our money back guarantee policy lasts 30 days.
  5. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
  6. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
