Stir Fried Noodles with Veggies & Venison Slices

Serves 1

  • 50g Venison Slices
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 Garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 Orange pepper, cut into thick matchsticks
  • Half a pack of sugar snaps
  • 1 Red onion, sliced
  • 1 pack of fresh egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  1. Start by heating oil in a wok
  2. Add the garlic and onion and cook until soft
  3. Add the pepper and cook for a couple of mins
  4. Add the sugar snaps
  5. Once all the veggies are cooked, add the noodles
  6. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce and sesame oil
  7. Finish by adding the venison slices to warm through
