Avocado Toast with Steak Slices

Thought mashed avocado spread on crusty sourdough bread can’t get any better? James (@livelikelinden) thought otherwise and improved his avo toast by adding a meaty layer of our soft peppery Steak Slices.

Serves 1


  • 50g Steak Slices
  • 1 Slice of sourdough bread
  • 2 Ripe avocados
  • 2 Large tomatoes
  • 1 Bunch of coriander, chopped
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 chilli (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Toast a slice of sourdough bread on a pan or in the oven
  2. Peel and mash your avocado in a bowl
  3. Finely chop the two tomatoes and add to the avocado mash
  4. Mix in the chopped coriander and chilli
  5. Add the juice of half a lime and season with salt and pepper to taste
  6. Spread the avocado mixture on your lightly toasted sourdough bread and top with a layer of Steak Slices
