Ingredients:

100g Ember Charcuterie
- 2-3 cups rice of your choice
- 2 soft boiled eggs
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 10 baby plum tomatoes, sliced
- Handful of spinach
- Handful of chopped herbs
Instructions:
- Cook the rice in a rice cooker or pot as you normally would
- Boil your eggs for 6 minutes for a soft boil or depending on your preferred doneness
- Slice the avocado, red pepper, tomatoes and chop some herbs of your choice
- Once the rice is cooked, assemble your bowl with the rice at the bottom, topped with the veggies and slices of Ember Charcuterie
- Finish with some cracked black pepper, salt and chopped herbs
