She says, “I love Ember Snacks biltong so I was excited about this, my two favourites in the new range have to be the venison and salami offerings, perfect to add to a meal and make it lavish like this one.”

50g Ember Venison slices
- 2 Slices of sourdough
- 1 Egg
- ½ Avocado, chopped
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp paprika
- Pinch of chopped chives
- Dash of salt & pepper
- Heat a small frying pan and fry an egg (or poach for a more classic take).
- Butter and slightly toast the sourdough. Add your venison pieces on top followed by the sliced avo.
- For the hollandaise, whilst the egg is frying, melt some butter. Once the butter is melted take it off the heat stir in your paprika & seasoning, allow it to cook in off the heat still, when your ready to serve whisk in your egg yolk with a fork (do not re-heat the liquid it will go solid & lumpy)
- Finally add your fried egg to the top of the loaded sourdough & finish with a drizzle of your homemade hollandaise, a sprinkle of chives and salt.
