Biltong Fry up

Biltong and Brie together isn't just for your charcuterie board anymore. Thanks to Sukh Soorae (@eatingforthe_sukh_of_it) for his banging British biltong fry up.

Crispy edges, gooey cheese, and tender biltong. Need we say more?

Serves 2


  • 1 pack of your favourite Ember biltong

  • 3 eggs

  • Couple slices of Brie

  • 1 green chilli

  • Dash of pepper


  1. Fry 3 sunny side up eggs

  2. Throw on some slices of brie and chopped green chilli with a dash of pepper

  3. Top it with any flavour of your favourite Ember biltong
