Well, here’s your new favourite weekday lunch by @piggieandporkie made with Ember Biltong for some nice chilli flavour and a big hit of protein. She says, “It’s like a combo of some of my fave takeaway meals but in a healthy and super quick way. It requires zero cooking and is super light and refreshing which is perfect for now that the weather is getting nicer.”

Prep time: 15 mins
28g Chilli Biltong
1 tbsp Peanut butter
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Sesame oil
Mixed greens (measurements to your liking)
Spring onions, chopped (measurements to your liking)
Radishes, sliced (measurements to your liking)
For the satay sauce, mix the peanut butter with soy sauce and add the sesame oil.
Slowly add a bit of water until you get a mixture you can drizzle.
Add the chopped spring onions and sliced radishes to your mixed greens (store bought is fine)
Drizzle with satay sauce and top with Ember Chilli biltong
