Good old fashioned hash browns are great but we love how @papamikeskitchen switched up the usual hash browns, Ember style. He said it was definitely the star of the show because of his spicy fry up. Give it a go and you’ll find a banging brunch just won’t be complete without it.

Serves 3 - 4
Ingredients:
- 2 packs of Ember Chilli Biltong
- 3 large potatoes
- 1 medium white onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp AP flour
- 2 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Grate the potatoes and onion then place in a tea towel and squeeze out all the juices
- Add to a bowl with the egg, flour, and spices
- Heat a large pan and scoop out about a pool ball size of the potato mix and squish down onto the hot pan with a spatula
- Cook for about 4 - 5 mins each side until golden brown and crispy
