    EMBER GOLDEN TICKET GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

    DATES: 1st December 2021 - 15th January 2022

    1. The promoter is: Mayhew Bros. (Ember) Ltd Registered office: Unit B405 Clements Road, London, England, SE16 4DG
    2. To enter the competition, you must be a UK resident and aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
    3. There is no entry fee and winners must purchase promotional packs of Ember, and find a winning golden ticket inside the winning pack to enter this competition. The entrant must then email Ember with an image of their winning ticket to hello@embersnacks.com.
    4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    5. The competition is not open to Ember employees nor their family members.
    6. The promotion will have a total of 10 individual winners.
    7. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. You are providing your information to the promoter and prize partners and not to Facebook or Instagram. By participating in this promotion you agree to a complete release of Facebook or Instagram from any claims.
    8. The competition runs from 8am on 1st December 2021 to midnight on 15th January 2022.
    9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
    10. Prize includes: A year’s supply of Ember charcuterie (10 packs of 37g venison, steak or salami slices per month for a maximum of 12 months).
    11. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
    12. Prizes will be sent by email or post where applicable.
    13. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prizes within 14 days of notification and or the close date of 15th January 2021, we reserve the right to withdraw the prizes and select a new winner.
    14. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in the post. Proof of posting will not be regarded as proof of delivery.
    15. Mayhew Bros. (Ember) Ltd reserves the right to change/withdraw the competition and these terms and conditions of this competition at any time.
